Mexico, Wind Industry; Tradelossa has successfully completed another large scale operation for La Chalupa Wind Farm, located in American territory at Rio Hondo, Texas.
The project consisted of the carriage of 49 sections in total of wind towers, classified as T1, T2, and T3, all towers were loaded at our clients’ facilities in Mexican territory at the port city of Altamira, Tamaulipas.
Operations began by the end of April and were successfully accomplished during the month of July. Through the project, Tradelossa not only carried out the transportation of all the towers in Mexican territory but also all border crossings through Mexico and finally its delivery to Cameron County in the United States.
Covering a total of 27,587 kilometers and hauling a total of 3,220 tons for this project, making use of our fleet and experienced employees, Tradelossa completed operations without a single accident, not only considering the delivery of the components, but also the strict security filters at border and inside American territory.
We thank all the people involved in the project because thanks to their dedication and professionalism we have once more completed a project for the wind industry surpassing all expectations.
