With GREAT joy and pride we share that we were honored with the award granted by the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association for this category. becoming the first Latin American company to receive this award for the “Moving Job of the Year”
For this event, we presented the transportation project of the largest cargo we’ve moved until now; the C2 Splitter for the Ethylene XXI project. This move was completed one year ago in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, México.
The 880 metric tons reactor was 102 meters long and had 9.75 meters in diameter, traveled 12 kilometers in total (7.5 miles), facing 6 major obstacles along the way. The transportation of the piece took 18 days in which changes were made to the vehicle configuration.
This award is for all the TRADELOSSA´s staff, whose effort, sacrifice and loyalty makes this team, a GREAT team and have helped make our dreams become a reality.
